About Amy Lynn
200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher
After practicing yoga for nearly 10 years and suffering from chronic hip pain, I decided to deepen my personal practice and complete a yoga teacher training program. As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2016, my mission has been to help others experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. And as a licensed attorney and adjunct professor, I know firsthand how important it is to manage stress and work-life balance. I incorporate a variety of movement, breath, and meditation into each single flow to help students practice their own unique form of yoga. My teaching style leans Vinyasa, focusing on form and fun. My classes are designed for all levels and are often challenging while still providing space for rest and recovery.
Outside of yoga, I am a huge music nerd and love to create my own playlists for live yoga classes. I love to travel and want to go anywhere and everywhere! I especially enjoy adventurous travels where I can do some hiking or paddle boarding. I live in St. Louis with my boyfriend and our two Pitbull mixes. We love to garden, canoe the Mississippi River, and explore our city. I am also a proud aunt of 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
